9 Marks has posted their November/December e-journal.  The topic is “Counseling in the Church.”  I haven’t read it yet, but their e-journals are always edifying.  You can find it here http://www.9marks.org/

9 Marks has also posted a new audio interview with David Powlison.  I listened to it yesterday and it was quite interesting and informative. You can download it here http://resources.christianity.com/details/mrki/20081023/31efac6f-82fa-469f-8a78-2340ebc12d62.aspx

You can read the whole thing here https://www.desiringgod.org/ResourceLibrary/TasteAndSee/ByDate/2008/3283_What_to_Say_to_the_Depressed_Doubting_Skeptical_Confused_Angry/ .

I recently read a three-part series of posts written by David Powlison on biblical counseling over at the Boundless Webzine.  Dr. Powlison has a way of revealing the sins of the human heart which doesn’t tear down, but builds up by constantly pointing to the gospel.  These articles are exceptional as is virtually everything I have ever read by Dr. Powlison.  You can find these three posts here http://www.boundless.org/2005/articles/a0001827.cfm, here http://www.boundless.org/2005/articles/a0001828.cfm and here http://www.boundless.org/2005/articles/a0001829.cfm.
